Call for Special Session Proposals

We invite proposals for Special Sessions. Accepted Special Sessions will be set up as dedicated tracks in EDAS, allowing authors to submit their papers directly to them. Special Session organizers are expected to help solicit and encourage relevant paper submissions for their sessions.

Each Special Session proposal should include:

  • Proposed session description and topics

  • A list of potential authors and their affiliations 

  • Organizer information and brief biographies

A PDF document with the above information will need to be submitted to EDAS for consideration.

The deadline for Special Session proposal submissions is February 1, 2026.
